🤝 Understanding Commission Splits (1-Up, 2-Up, & Pass-Up)

Whenever a purchase is made on the platform, the funds are instantly distributed through our transparent commission structure to reward the partners who help build the ClickandShare network.

1. The TASC Pool (The Starting Point) 🎯

Not every purchase amount is split entirely. First, the system determines the eligible commission amount based on the product type. This eligible amount is called the TASC Pool. All network commissions and platform dividends are paid directly from this pool.

2. The Standard Distribution 💸

Once the TASC Pool is generated, it is automatically split into multiple streams.

How the Pool is Divided:

  1. Platform Operations: 20% of the pool is routed to the Administration wallet to cover the ongoing operating expenses, maintenance, and hosting of the platform.
  2. The Pass-Up Partner: 20% of the pool is distributed to the designated Pass-Up sponsor in your network lineage.
  3. The 1-Up Partner (Direct Referrer): Your direct sponsor receives a commission based on their active subscription tier.
  4. The 2-Up Partner (Indirect Referrer): The partner above your direct sponsor also receives a commission based on their active subscription tier.

3. The Free Tier Earnings & Limits ⚖️

ClickandShare rewards all users for building the network, but upgraded tiers unlock maximum potential. If you are on a Free membership, the following rules apply to your commissions:

What You Earn: Free members successfully earn a flat 10% cash commission on direct 1-Up sales, and a 5% cash commission on indirect 2-Up sales.
  • What You Miss: Free members do not qualify for Pass-Up commissions, platform bonuses, or active Spillover Shares.

4. The Spillover Trust Fund (Zero Waste) ♻️

What happens if the 1-Up and 2-Up partners are on lower subscription tiers (like the Free tier) and do not claim the full remaining percentage of the TASC pool?

  • Community Escrow: We do not keep unearned commissions! Any funds left over after the uplines are paid are instantly deposited into the Spillover Trust Fund.
  • Your Dividends: This leftover money actively funds the community dividends, meaning every unallocated cent goes directly back to our active shareholders.
