Spillover Explained (Earning Shares)
A "spillover" occurs when a member does not receive the full commission available from a transaction because their subscription level affects their commission rate.
The remaining amount is allocated to a "Shared Revenue Fund."
Members with paid subscriptions (Partners) are eligible to participate in the distribution of funds accumulated in the “Shared Revenue Fund.”
Partners are users (members) with paid subscriptions, contributing to the operational costs of ClickandShare PTY Ltd.
Partners will receive shares:
- Proportional to their contribution to operational costs (subscription level).
- By converting accumulated participation points into shares.
Points are earned when:
- A member actively participates on the page, or,
- New users (Affiliates or Referrals) register as a result of an invitation from the referring member.
All members can earn:
- Commissions.
Only Members with Profile Pictures can earn:
- Points.
Only Partners:
- Can participate in activities to earn Performance Bonuses and Rewards.
- Can earn shares and receive dividends from the “Shared Revenue Fund.”
- Can convert accumulated points into shares, which are paid in money.
