🐝Understanding Your Shares and Payouts

Welcome to the ClickandShare.NET reward ecosystem!

This guide breaks down exactly how your daily activities and network building translate into real-world cash through our automated dividend engine.

1. Earning Points and Active Shares 📈

Your journey begins by accumulating value through your interactions and network building.

  • Active Shares: Upgraded partners earn active shares through specific platform activities and downline network purchases (such as 1-Up, 2-Up, and Subscriptions).
  • Accumulated Points: This is your lifetime running total of platform engagement.
  • The Free Tier Limit: Free members do not qualify for active Spillover Shares. Instead, the system tracks what you would have earned and displays it as "potential" shares on your dashboard, showing you exactly what you can unlock by upgrading.

2. The Spillover Trust Fund 🏦

This is the financial heart of the community dividend system.

  • Transaction Routing: A portion of every transaction on the platform (the TASC pool) that is not directly paid to uplines is securely routed into the central Spillover Trust Fund.
  • Community Growth: As the network successfully completes more transactions, this central cash pool continuously grows.

3. Calculating Your Share Value & Payouts 🧮

The platform strictly relies on transparent math to determine exactly what your shares are worth. You never have to manually request a dividend withdrawal!

  • Value per Share: The system calculates this by dividing the current cash in the Spillover Trust Fund by the Total Network Shares held by all active partners.
  • Estimated Payout Value: Your personal dashboard multiplies the current Value per Share by your Current Active Shares to show you your exact cash equity.
  • Automated Execution: If the Value per Share reaches the platform's early-trigger threshold, a payout happens automatically (limited to one payout every 7 days). Otherwise, a payout is guaranteed after 365 days.
  • The Reset: When a payout triggers, the cash is deposited directly into your Credit Wallet. Your active shares are then retired, and you immediately begin accumulating new shares for the next cycle.
