ClickandShare.NET Partner Program Terms

1. Overview

The Partner Program is optional and separate from the free ClickandShare.NET social platform. Free members have full access to core features at no cost. Partners pay for business tools, not for a right to earn.

2. Definitions

TASC: Total Allocated Sales Commission. The portion of each individual sale set aside for commissions. TASC is not a monthly pool.
Qualifying Transaction: A completed paid transaction from which a defined percentage is allocated as TASC.
One-up / Two-up: Your direct referrer and their referrer.
Pass-up: The designated system recipient who always receives 20% of the distributable TASC.
Spillover Revenue Fund: Receives unclaimed one-up or two-up shares when a referrer is not a qualifying Partner. Pays out when a share reaches $0.50 or every 12 months.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+, maintain an active account, and provide accurate payout details.

4. What Partners Receive

Business tools, storefronts, and lead forms
Advanced analytics dashboard
Advertising credits equal to 100% of your subscription value each month
Marketing training and templates
Priority Partner Support

5. How Earnings Work

For each sale, TASC is calculated immediately. 20% is retained for operations. The remaining 80% is distributed instantly to the upline, not monthly.

Step 1 - TASC Allocation Rates

Partner subscription: 100%
Advertisement package: 100%
Market goods: 15%
Downloads/media: 50%
Subscriber-Only subscriptions: 50%

Step 2 - Immediate 80/20 Split

One-up: up to 40% (requires active paid Partner)
Two-up: up to 20% (requires active paid Partner)
Pass-up: 20%
ClickandShare operations: 20%

If one-up or two-up is not qualified, their share goes to the Spillover Revenue Fund after the Pass-up 20% is paid. Free Members earn reduced rates: Level 1: 10%, Level 2: 5%.

6. No Earnings Guarantee

Most Partners earn little or nothing. See our Income Disclosure.

7. Anti-Pyramid Safeguards

No payment for recruiting alone
No commission on your own subscription
At least 70% of volume must come from non-Partners
No inventory loading

8. Compliance

Follow FTC, PayPal AUP, and South Africa CPA rules. Disclose your affiliation in all promotions.

9. Payments & Taxes

Commissions are paid as earned, subject to $25 minimum. You are responsible for taxes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate. Violations may forfeit unpaid commissions.

11. Relationship

Partners are independent contractors, not employees or agents of ClickandShare.
