1. Community Conduct & Acceptable Use

1.1 Our Commitment

By using the platform, you agree to engage responsibly and to contribute to constructive, lawful, and respectful interactions.

1.2 Prohibited Content and Behaviour

• Derogatory, abusive, threatening, or demeaning language
• Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination or harm
• Racism, including offensive remarks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, or origin
• Sexism or gender-based discrimination
• Homophobia or discrimination based on sexual orientation
• Religious intolerance, harassment, or incitement against religious beliefs
• Blasphemous or deliberately inflammatory religious content
• Cyberbullying, harassment, stalking, or intimidation
• Violence, threats of violence, cruelty, or encouragement of harm

ClickandShare.NET reserves the right to interpret and apply these standards at its sole discretion.

2. Brand Assets, Intellectual Property & Platform Integrity

2.1 Brand and Platform Protection

All ClickandShare.NET brand assets, intellectual property, platform features, and community spaces are provided to support a trusted and reputable ecosystem.

Any misuse of the platform, its content, or its brand—whether through posts, comments, marketing, or external promotion—may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

This includes misuse covered under the Brand Assets & Intellectual Property Usage (v1.0) section of these Terms.

2.2 Alignment with Brand Usage Rules

Content, comments, or external materials that:

• Misrepresent ClickandShare.NET
• Damage its reputation
• Create confusion about endorsement or affiliation
• Undermine user trust
• May result in enforcement action, including revocation of brand usage permission, content removal, or account suspension.

Violations of the Brand Assets & Intellectual Property Usage section constitute a material breach of these Terms of Service.

3. Enforcement, Moderation & User Responsibility

3.1 Enforcement Rights

ClickandShare.NET reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove, restrict, or disable any content that violates these Terms
• Issue warnings, impose temporary suspensions, or permanently ban users
• Revoke brand usage permissions
• Restrict access to features or services
• Take legal or technical action where necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its intellectual property

Enforcement action may be taken with or without prior notice, particularly where content poses a risk to users, the platform, or ClickandShare.NET’s reputation.

3.2 Reporting Content

Users may report or flag content they believe to be offensive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

All reports are reviewed against ClickandShare.NET’s policies and guidelines.

Submission of a report does not guarantee removal, but all reports are taken seriously.

3.3 Ongoing Policy Review

ClickandShare.NET continually reviews and updates its Terms, community standards, and enforcement practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and to maintain an environment conducive to respectful engagement and constructive collaboration.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
